Murder Clowns Continued their Murderous Rampage this weekend claiming 1st place in all 3 Majors. Games Workshop has announced a Balance Dataslate due out next week. Regardless, we play the game with the rules we have and congratulations to all the winners of this event.
Fantasia Fanatic 1st Place Axel Rydén – Harlequins
Congratulations to Axel and his Light Harlequins. Harlequins are limited in their number of datasheets but like other winning lists, Axel skipped the bikes to take 9 Voidweaver Spam. However, Points were used to upgrade the utility and fire power of most of the Troupes, those that would be riding in the clown cars. This works due to Light Harlequin transports having a 22” Move after advancing and the pistols inside are still able to shoot. This is due to the riders counting as the transport and the transport counts as having remained stationary. The Solitaire can be a useful character for catching some units off guard. Plus with 4 characters, opponents may mistakenly select Assassination as a secondary leaving Axel the opportunity to deny those points.

Fantasia Fanatic Winning Lists 2nd Place Jesper Unander-Scharin – Custodes
The Original list was sparse on details and jumbled up. So we can’t say if the Wardens are armed with axes or spears but they are the same price. That Being said Jesper leaned into the toughness and speed of the Jetbikes. While they lack the high damage output, that’s what the Achillus Dreadnought is for. If it’s too slow, there is always the deep strike option. Impregnable Mind can be used for psychic defense while counting as 2 additional models. That means the Praetor counts as 4 models. With the Praetorian plate, key Objective secured can be jumped to where it’s needed.
Clearly a hard hitting good list and congratulations.

Congratulations on making it to the podium. While Light Harlequins are due a nerf next week with a dataslate balance update, for now they’re still a hard hitting brutal army on top of a tough one as well. That’s not take away from Jussi’s achievement as he still had to get through all his opponents to make it near the top.
