If you somehow haven’t heard yet, LVO just happened this past weekend! While at LVO, Games Workshop decided to preview some awesome new things they would be releasing this year. Today, we will be revealing all of that for you! Check it out.

Adeptus Mechanicus

If there is one thing that can be said about the Warhammer 40,000 universe is there has been a lot of changes in the past years, especially 2019. It seems that 2020 will continue that trend with a host of new releases coming in the next couple of months as part of the Psychic Awakening series.

The Cult Mechanicus have been one of the biggest in the hobbyist’s heart when they came out with their particular aesthetic. Gamers around the world have been asking since day 1 for more fast moving units in their army choices.

Its seems that now that demand has been answered by the Omnissiah. Reinforcements are coming in the form of the Serberys Sulphurhounds and the Serberys Raiders. 2 new units of Skitarii being brought to war on the backs of fast moving and fire breathing cybernetic creatures.

And it’s not done! We also see new flying units being brought to the forefront of wars all across the galaxy for the Cult Mechanicus. The Pteraxii!!! These guys are excellent support for your advancing units and picking up objectives and key targets. More to come on these two new kits but we know so far that they will both be dual kits with a bucket load of options.

The rules for these new units and also for the flyer that was previewed earlier, the Archaeopter, will be featured in the next installment in the Psychic Awakening series called: Engine War! This book will feature updated rules and options for the Imperial Knights, Chaos Knights, the Adeptus Mechanicus and Daemons of Chaos. The players of these factions can expect the same treatment as the other books in the series. New rules, units, scenarios and lore to bring your army into the year of 2020 or 40,000 if you prefer.

Also, as a side note, it seems that the greatest Grot that ever lived is coming with a giant WAAAGH! behind him. Maybe even an unnamed ork that shall remain unknown just in case he doesn’t want to be…. I wouldn’t want to be the one to name him before he wants to.

The name of this Grot that will get a new model is…. The legendary MAKARI!!!!!

In Conclusion

We are super excited for these releases that Games Workshop revealed at LVO. While we were at LVO, we couldn’t help but overhear the amount of people who were admiring the beautiful miniatures painted by professionals. They were in complete envy.

This got us thinking, I wonder how many other people wish they had better painting skills. That’s why we are on a mission to help our fans get even better at painting by creating an epic training that takes you from where you are today to 2x your painting speed and skills!

That’s why we decided to create the 14 Day Painting Challenge with Multi-Golden Daemon and Crystal Brush Winner Aaron Lovejoy!

This challenge will solve all the painting problems you could ever have. Included in this program is:

  • Learn Advanced painting techniques: 2 Brush Blending, Layering, Glazes and more will become easy to use techniques to speed up your painting and have your armies looking incredible in no time at all!
  • Paint models fast: On Average Aaron DOUBLES the speed of his students, meaning you’ll get back hours per day that is currently being wasted on painting you models the old slow way.

All of this you can learn from one of the bests in the world! You can check it out by clicking here! So do yourself a favor, click the link and learn more about it!

As always a big thanks to Games Workshop for the images provided for our article.
