Phoenix Rising may have just come out. But while the dust is still settling on the fate of the Aeldari Race, across the galaxy there is a new conflict. In the area near Holy Terra itself quite the battle is underway…
Faith and Fury
Now while Faith and Fury may not be the official title of the next book in the Psychic Awakening series, it is fitting. But from the small amount of info we’ve gotten from GW we can tell that there is a lot of forces tied up in this one. From the Imperium there are Adepta Sororitas, Astra Militarum, White Scars, Salamanders, and Black Templars. And opposing them are many legions of Chaos from Alpha Legion, Emperor’s Children, Iron Warriors, Night Lords, Word Bearers, and World Eaters.
That is a ton a different forces fighting. But it is believable being so close to Terra itself. There’s a total of 11 factions here ready to do battle. Quite the escalation from the 4 in Phoenix Rising. While we don’t know a ton you can be sure that this will be an epic series of battles.
In Conclusion
The next phase of Psychic Awakening looks to be as climactic as the Aeldari civil war, but on a grander scale. It certainly is one to watch out for at the game table.
